For more than 25 years, we have been an active player in the German venture capital market and have invested around €200 million in startups and scale-ups. As an evergreen investor, we provide institutional venture capital without the limitations of traditional fund structures – free from exit pressure, fund lifecycles or liquidity constraints. With more than 80 portfolio companies we are among the most experienced VC investors in the market.

Depending on the company’s stage, we invest between €1 million (pre-Series A) and €5 million (Series B), and can provide up to €10 million per company through follow-on financing. We act flexibly as a lead investor, co-investor or private matching partner for public funds. In later-stage financing rounds, we also complement traditional equity raises with venture debt structures upon request.

In addition to capital, we bring a powerful network and the experience gained from 60 investments and more than 80 follow-on rounds. Our goal is clear: to sustainably increase the value of the companies we invest in. Together with founders and management teams, we work in a true partnership to drive growth, innovation and scaling.
