Joint Mittelstand Event with the Wirtschaftsjunioren Deggendorf

The question of what constitutes “good” leadership culture is one that nearly every company leader, entrepreneur or executive has likely asked themselves. The keynote “New Leadership – Leading Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow” by Isabel Grupp offered valuable insights into her leadership approach. Together with her father, Grupp manages the family business Plastro Mayer, and in the male-dominated plastics industry she is one of the few women in top management. Her presentation delivered numerous inspiring impulses and concrete ideas for constructive leadership and a culture of appreciation. The subsequent Q&A session was lively, covering topics ranging from traditional versus modern leadership structures to Gen Z expectations and succession solutions in family businesses.

Many companies and advisors from Lower Bavaria accepted the invitation to attend the second joint Mittelstand event in Deggendorf. After the keynote, Isabel Grupp and her husband Georg Kofler were available for questions (and a few selfies with the well-known “Dragons’ Den” judge).
