BayBG and Wirtschaftsjunioren Deggendorf host SME event with former FIFA referee Urs Meier

At a joint SME event in Deggendorf, BayBG and the Wirtschaftsjunioren Deggendorf welcomed former FIFA referee Urs Meier as keynote speaker. Under the theme “Decision-making under pressure,” he shared valuable insights from his experience in top-level international football.

Using real-life examples from his career as a referee, Meier demonstrated how complex situations can be analyzed quickly and decisions made within fractions of a second. His presentation, enriched with video clips and personal anecdotes, was both engaging and highly practical.
