We are looking for a Digitalization & AI Manager (f/m/d) to join our Finance & IT division.

Your Responsibilities
Drive Digitalization and AI
Work closely with our business units to identify AI opportunities, develop suitable AI solutions and successfully integrate them into our processes and data landscape (e.g. Copilot, Claude, AI Builder).
Optimize processes and build low-code solutions: analyze workflows and develop your own digital solutions to make them smarter and more efficient.
Manage Projects and Drive Change
Initiate, coordinate and implement cross-functional transformation and optimization projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure transparent communication with management and business units.
Bridge the Gap Between Business and Technology
Translate business requirements into actionable concepts and support their implementation.
Bring colleagues on board: support teams in adopting new digital tools and find practical solutions for their day-to-day work.
Your Profile
Your skills are what matter: A degree in industrial engineering, business informatics or business administration is a plus, but a comparable background with a strong technology focus is equally welcome. What matters most is your hands-on mentality and drive to make things happen.
Practical tech experience: You have successfully digitalized processes or built automated workflows. You are familiar with different AI models and have practical experience using automation and data tools, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft Power Platform).
Analytical thinking and project management: You don't wait for others to tell you what to do next. You identify opportunities for improvement, structure complex topics and bring the right people together. With strong organizational skills, you can manage several projects simultaneously and keep them running efficiently.
